We stopped to get a coffee before going to the planetarium but this location did not have dark roast coffee, blueberry muffins and the staff member was passive/aggressive. It may have been an isolated incident but we will not return.

Stopped in for a good cup of coffee and quick breakfast. I ordered my usual & it was made perfectly.

Overpriced but there are Holiday specials inside. Drive thru is slow. Parking limited. Usual menu...

What can I say. It is Starbucks

Typical Starbucks experience. The staff was friendly, the coffee was good. The only improvement I could recommend is to make their menu more affordable.

Great coffee

Been to this place a few times and it takes a while to get used to it. Employees are great and very helpful. Plenty of choices and quick service.

Always great!

Everyone is so nice, and the coffee and pastries are always great! Freebies are always welcomed, do join the Starbucks Club.

Service with a Smile!

The barristers are delightful--nice, friendly, and helpful. They often have samples of the baked-goods, too! When I ordered the wrong item for my daughter, they gladly replaced it at no charge, even though it was entirely my fault--how nice!

Throwing away money

Why in the world would ANYONE pay outrageous prices for coffee and drinks? It makes NO sense. Get less expensive drinks and donate the difference to charity. That's a far better way to give your money away.

This is hard to get in and out, but do good job

This location is very difficult to get in and out of. You really need to park in the adjoining parking lot and walk over the adjoining wall to be able to get in and out. This location is always busy, and I do mean always....The parking lot is full, and the drive through is busy as well. That being said, I enjoy this location because it has outdoor seating, and the inside, is...well...comfortable. The baristas are friendly, and they make the drinks better than almost any Starbucks I have been to, so in spite of the parking, I will often go anyway. This location is so in the middle of a huge amount of diverse shopping, so it is still a good value. If they were able to offer more parking, this place would rate very good.More

Overly packed often nowhere to sit

I've visited this starbucks 2 times in the last week. Both times I went, I had to wait for somewhere to sit. The staff is very nice. If overcrowded an overly busy is a good thing, you will like this starbucks. Because of so many...cars in the drive thru, The small corner location at times is hard to get in and out. Overall, there are 3 other starbucks close by that are much easier accessible and not as crowded. My suggestion is to try one of those.More

Awesome Customer Service-Thanks Jamie!

I needed 20 $5 gift cards and I didn't think to call ahead (my bad) but didn't want to clog the drive thru lane so at the last minute I called and the Store Manager said, "No problem, come on in, the lobby is empty."...I explained I couldn't come in because I was on crutches, it's pouring down rain and I didn't bring anyone to help me. She said, "I'll come to you. Which car is yours?"She brought my coffee and completed my transaction at my car window, in the rain, and thanked me for my business. Awesome Customer Service! When I ask for cream/sugar in driver thru, let me do it!

We asked for cream and sugar in hubby's coffee. When we asked for the condiments, we were instructed that the staff had already placed them in the coffee.It was bitter and needed more cream and sugar by the time we were able to taste...it.Next time we will know to ask for "extra" cream and or sugar.That way we can taste, add more ect. OR we will go inside this store next time.More
